Diamondhead is the absolute best place on Fort Myers Beach, whether you’re looking for a wonderful evening with amazing food for you are looking to have a fruity drink by the beach. Their rooms are very nice. The service is impeccable. I highly recommend them.

We had the most incredible stay at Diamond Head Resort in Ft. Myers FL! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The views were absolutely breathtaking, the amenities were top-notch, and every detail was perfect. My wife and I will definitely be back!

We typically alternate staying toward the town center and near the southern part of the island. Whenever we are craving the town center we always book at Diamondhead. It’s proximal to the downtown area, but has everything you need on site. Beach access, Cabanas food and drinks, and an indoor dine in restaurant for an upscale meal. Service is always top notch. We’ve stayed here with and without kids and we always have a great time at the pool! Also, you can’t go wrong with MoJoes Coffee in the AM! Just wish they were open a little earlier!

We love this resort! Our premium ocean front room had a spectacular view with a large balcony for enjoying the sunrise with your coffee and a table to have lunch or cocktails watching the sunset. The suite with a kitchenette was well appointed and spacious. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful with all of our needs.

Can walk in any direction to find stores and restaurants, things to do. Breakfast was not included, but the beds were comfortable. The pull out couch was convenient and a little springy but sleep was good. Recommend to families, has a nice kitchen and dining area, the pool and 2 hot tubs were comfortable and beautifully placed, and the beach area was also nice. The only issue was that chairs etc. were picked up at 5pm leaving us without them!

Diamonhead is our home away from home. Everyone is incredibly happy to serve, the housekeeping is always on time and ready to take care of us. Victoria, Vickie and Gia at the front desk literally treat us like family! Tim is the greatest server by the pool. Happy, friendly and great service. Jordynn and Patrick at the bar always giving the best food and drinks. Sebastian and his origami towel skills as the pool boy. So friendly to all the guests! Our family is always impressed by the great staff and resort! Highly recommend staying here

I love Diamondhead, BUT I really wish they would switch ALL of their downstairs bar stools!!!! I think they were trying to do a trial run on 4 very comfortable, light, sturdy, durable black bar stools. If that was the plan I think they should switch out all the bar stools immediately! The 40lb grey/white bar chairs that are like moving a beer keg should be thrown in the garbage! I feel bad for the older folks that come in and have to go through a days worth of manual labor just to sit at the bar.

Spent a week over Christmas with my large family. We had lower expectations because the area had been previously hit by the hurricane, and we heard mixed things about it. Got to the hotel, were immediately greeted by an attendant and then a person who carried everything to the room. Check-in was a breeze. The room, which was oceanfront, was absolutely lovely. Came with everything we needed for a great stay. Honestly, the hotel was clean, staff was a friendly and extremely attentive, and we feel as though while we could have ended up in a much higher end resort, we definitely got what we paid for and we’re really really happy overall. Coste restaurant was excellent our first night, however, Christmas dinner was subpar, and it was a limited menu, which we were really disappointed in. That was the only negative thing I can say about the entire week stay.
